To support the exponential growth ofthe install base in Europe, Intralox is looking for a Field Service Technician based in the North/North East of Germany. You will be part of our EMEA Life Cycle Services team.
 
What will you do?
On-site support for newly delivered products:
Machine and belt installation
Production start-up
Operator and maintenance instructions to users
Life Cycle Support of our products:
Health Checks
Maintenance & repairs
Trouble shooting 
Document your observations and actions in a service visit report
Perform other related service duties as assigned

Who are you? 
3+ years experience in a field service role involving mechanical equipment
Strong mechanical as well as basic control skills (incl. adjusting PLC settings)
Practical and hands-on problem solver
A team player; pro-active, with good communication skills 
Solid German and English language skills
Inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels
Ability and flexibility to travel extensively (>50%), including weekends, in Germany and EMEA
