Effectory has been the market leader in employee feedback for the past 20 years in the Netherlands. Since a few years we are expanding our business abroad and this is going really well. We have partnered up this year with Maguar, situated in Germany, that will help us expand even more in the DACH region the coming years. So, now is the time to expand the team with an extra recruiter who will play a key role in Effectory's growth! Are you the energetic Recruiter we are looking for to help them find and attract & hire the right talent?
 

Together with your People & Culture team you are responsible for hiring & onboarding all of our new colleagues for the office in Munich. You will take care of the recruitment process from A to Z. From sourcing candidates to doing intakes, interviews and discuss terms of employment. It is up to you to link them to the right role within Effectory and make sure they are fully equipped when they start. 
We act as if Effectory is our own. That means that as a Recruiter at Effectory you have more responsibility and freedom than in your average recruitment role. You are involved in strategic staffing, employer branding, have the freedom to negotiate, signal to your P&C team and you are part of the onboarding of your new colleague. You will have the assignment to take our employer branding to the next level in Germany, dive deep into our recruitment data and set up and improve recruitment processes. Your onboarding activities includes to keep in touch with your new colleagues throughout the first year of their employment and ensures that the onboarding activities are aligned with our head quarter in the Netherlands. You work closely together with internal and external stakeholders in Germany as well in the Netherlands.

Your People & Culture team is based in both The Netherlands (9 colleagues) and in Germany (1 colleague) and is intensively collaborating on a broad diversity of topics like Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Comp & Benefits, Performance Management and Onboarding. You will report to our People & Culture Lead at our headquarters in the Netherlands (Amsterdam). For team events and Company events you’ll get to visit our headquarters and meet all your colleagues in person!
 
THIS IS YOU
You have 2 - 4 years of working experience in HR/Recruitment;
Fluent in German & English verbal and in writing .
Love the idea of a lot of responsibility in our self-managing way of working;
Are not afraid to ask for help or to speak out or provide feedback;
Are commercial and know how to convince people;
Have the ability to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities;
Are tech-savvy to quickly learn and adapt to our HR systems;
Wants to grow together.
