The plant in Wedel is producing Aerosols packaging. The current team has some 112 employees. Besides the production employees there are some supporting roles (Finance &controls, IT, HR, Key accounts, Procurement and R&D)

Plant Electrical Engineer Wedel M/F/D
The Plant Electrical Engineer reports to the Maintenance Manager in Wedel. The purpose of the Plant Electrical Engineer is the management of the electrical workshop in accordance with Trivium key values, maintenance of all electrical devices on site, takeover and implementation of electrotechnical projects and permanent operation of all processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional and disciplinary management of the employees of the electrical workshop. Builds and motivates a successful team that drives performance and embodies the Trivium values
Legal obligations due to GER laws (VEFK – responsible electric engineer)
Planning, coordination, support and implementation of electrotechnical projects and sub-projects at the site with the aim of improving processes and/or saving costs
Development and implementation of electrotechnical measures for troubleshooting in the production areas Support of the shift electricians in the event of repairs and conversions or in the event of serious mechanical faults
Determination of cost saving potentials
Activity as a responsible electrician for the operation
Introduction and maintenance of the energy management system according to DIN ISO 50001 for the site, contact person for audits
Assumption of the function of energy management officer for the site
Representation of the site in cross-plant working groups
Ensuring and coordinating electrotechnical revisions and tests
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Completed electrical engineering studies
Experience in production technology
Further qualification as responsible electrician in industry, service and energy supply companies as well as energy management officer
